Rachel holds a Master of Science in Education degree, specializing in counseling. She has also earned a certificate in Mediation and is a Qualified Third Party Neutral in the states of Wisconsin and Minnesota. Rachel serves on numerous statewide committees as an advocate for mental health. Her work history includes counseling, working in Special Education, working in adult foster care, and serving on her local school board. In addition to her formal training, Rachel is a parent of children with special health care needs. She is passionate about helping others to identify and build on their strengths.

Outside of work, you might spot Rachel reading, attending a conference, singing, trying new foods, or spending time with her children on the shores of Lake Superior.
